Our Phoenix Life aims to publish accurate, current, and useful local information. Because restaurant menus, business hours, prices, promotions, events, and local operations can change, errors or outdated details can occasionally appear.
How to Report a Correction
If you believe an article contains incorrect or outdated information, please use our Contact Us page.
When possible, include:
- The URL of the article
- The specific statement or detail that appears incorrect
- The corrected information
- A reliable source that supports the correction, such as an official business page, menu, government page, or current policy
How We Review Corrections
We review correction requests against reliable current sources. For restaurants, businesses, attractions, and parks, we generally give the most weight to official websites, menus, location pages, government sources, and other primary information.
A business request alone does not automatically cause a change if the requested wording cannot be verified.
What We Correct
We may update material factual issues such as:
- Incorrect addresses or locations
- Outdated hours
- Changed happy-hour schedules
- Incorrect menu items or prices
- Business closures or relocations
- Incorrect admission information
- Outdated event dates
- Incorrect policies or amenities
Minor Edits
Grammar, spelling, formatting, broken links, style changes, and minor clarifications may be corrected without a formal correction note when they do not materially change the meaning of the article.
Material Corrections
When a significant factual error materially affected the usefulness or meaning of an article, we may add a correction or update note when appropriate.
Updates Are Not Endorsements
Providing updated information does not guarantee that a business, event, attraction, or other entity will remain included in an article. Editorial decisions remain with Our Phoenix Life.
